Cancellation of Admission and Refund of fees

• A Candidate can get his or her admission cancelled during 1st, 2nd , 3rd & 4th round of counseling. All such candidates will be given full fees refund except Processing fees.
• A candidate applying for cancellation of admission after 4th round of counseling or during the course of study will get the refund of Security Deposit only.

Procedure for Cancellation of Admission

• A candidate interested in cancellation of admission will have to apply in writing to the Institute concerned
• The cancellation will be taken up only against the written request duly signed by the candidate and countersigned by the parent/guardian.
• In case of cancellation during 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th rounds of counseling, original DD submitted by the candidate at the time of admission will be returned along with all documents by the concerned Institute / Polytechnic
• In case of cancellation after the 4th round of counseling, all the documents will be returned by the Institute at the time of cancellation and only the security deposit will be refunded to the candidate by DKDF.
• A proper receipt for cancellation will be issued by the concerned Institute. The candidate is advised to keep the cancellation receipt safe.
• The Institute shall not retain any original document/certificate in case of cancellation
• Processing fee will not be refunded in any case
